Most grout comes out noticeably cleaner and brighter. Grout that is cracked, crumbling or permanently stained may not fully recover, and we will tell you what to expect when we see it.
Sealing is optional but helps grout resist new stains, especially in kitchens and entries. It is best done right after cleaning.
Usually soon after we finish, once the floor is dry. If we apply sealer, we will tell you how long to wait before normal use.
