Family-owned, and trusted across Southeast Michigan since 2018
We’re a family-run carpet cleaning and restoration company based in Ypsilanti. Since 2018, we’ve cared for every home and business as if it belonged to our own family.
Our story
Prestige Plus started with a simple idea: do the job right, be honest about the price, and treat people the way we’d want our own family treated. That’s still how we work today.
What began as a small carpet cleaning service has grown into a full cleaning and restoration company, serving more than 36 cities around Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. We clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, hardwood floors, and vehicles, and we answer the phone 24/7 for water damage emergencies.
We’ve stayed family-owned the whole way, so when you call, you’re talking to the people who actually do the work. We use eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning solutions, so your home is ready for kids and pets as soon as everything is dry.
How we work
The same four promises on every job, big or small.
What we clean
Homes, offices, and everything in between.
