Smoke & Soot Cleaning and Odor Removal
After a kitchen fire, a fireplace backdraft, candle soot or smoke from a fire nearby, the smell gets into everything soft in your home. We deep clean and deodorize so it feels like home again.
What we clean
Smoke odor hides in fabrics, fibers and ductwork. We go after it where it lives.
🧹 Carpets & rugs
Deep cleaning that lifts soot and smoke residue out of carpet fibers and area rugs.
🛋️ Upholstery
Sofas, chairs and sectionals cleaned and deodorized to pull smoke smell out of the fabric.
✨ Tile, grout & hardwood
Hard floors cleaned of soot film and residue without damaging the finish.

🔥 Cleanup, not rebuilding
We handle smoke and soot cleaning and odor removal. We don’t repair fire damage to the structure, wiring or walls. If your home needs repairs, a licensed contractor should handle those, and we can clean once the work is done.
🏠 Insurance
Smoke damage is often covered by homeowner policies. Check with your agent. We provide the photos and itemized invoice you need for your claim. Your deductible is between you and your insurance company.
Common questions
Can smoke smell really be removed from carpet and furniture?
In most cases it can be greatly reduced or removed with deep cleaning and deodorizing. Items with heavy, long-term smoke damage sometimes can’t be fully restored. We’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Should I try to clean the soot myself first?
It’s best not to scrub or vacuum soot with household equipment. Rubbing can push it deeper into fabric and carpet and make it harder to remove. Leave it for us if you can.
Why clean the air ducts?
Smoke and fine soot get pulled into your heating and cooling system. If the ducts aren’t cleaned, the system can keep spreading the smell around the house after everything else is clean.
Will insurance cover it?
Many policies cover smoke damage from a fire. Your agent can confirm what’s included. We’ll give you everything you need to file your claim.
