1. Prestige Plus agrees to provide carpet cleaning services to the customer in accordance with the selected service package.
The scope of service includes the cleaning of carpets using industry-standard equipment and cleaning solutions.
2. Pricing
1 Pricing for carpet cleaning services is based on standard room sizes up to 300 square feet.
2 Additional charges may apply for rooms exceeding the standard size or for additional services requested by the customer.
3. Scheduling
1 Customers are responsible for scheduling appointments for carpet cleaning services with Prestige Plus.
2 Prestige Plus will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred appointment time, subject to availability.
4 Minimum charge

5. Payment Terms
.1 Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
.2 Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
.3 An Invoices will be provided upon request.
6. Cancellation Policy
1 Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
1 Prestige Plus is committed to customer satisfaction. If the customer is not satisfied with the results of the carpet cleaning service, Prestige Plus will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.
8. Liability
1 Prestige Plus will take reasonable care when performing carpet cleaning services but shall not be liable for any damages arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, improper maintenance, or misuse of carpets.
2 Customers are responsible for informing Prestige Plus of any special considerations or conditions related to the cleaning area, such as delicate fabrics or sensitive materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
1 In no event shall Prestige Plus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of carpet cleaning services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
1 Prestige Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Prestige Plus website.
By scheduling an appointment for carpet cleaning services with Prestige Plus, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
